“Fabulous family Holiday ”

Modern comfortable Hotel in prime position. We was full board and wasn't disappointed. Rooms Modern and spacious with extremely comfortable beds. All staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this lovely Hotel.

Cannot fault this Hotel. Rooms very spacious & clean. Beds ultra comfortable, shower amazing. Breakfast great with an array of choice & really good quality. Prices for food & drink very reasonable. Pool area clean & the best thing is they don’t unlock door until 10am so not towel laying on sun beds, only complaint is pool is like an ice bath but hey, dip in dip out it’s fine. Hotel is in great location in old town. Close to beach shops & restaurants & about a 15 minute walk to the lively end. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay at this Hotel again & highly recommend it to anyone

POSITIVES This hotel is beautiful. the décor is modern and my superior room was very nice. It said city view, mine was looking onto the pool and the back of the bingo hall, up towards Primavera Hotel. It is located near to the old town, within easy reach of Poniente beach. There is a large cheap supermarket (Consum) 2 minutes away. There is also a Chinese shop (Chino) which sells everything, worth a mooch. The beach is not far away either. The rooms are quite spacious, beds are comfortable and clean, the shower is amazing, plenty of hot water and powerful, clean towels everyday. I was full board, breakfast, lunch and evening meal. It is the best food that I have had. So much choice. Breakfast was the usual, eggs, English bacon, sausages, beans, tomatoes, juices, tea/coffee, fruit, melon, kiwi, toast, cereals and much more. Lunch always had meat dishes, fish, pasta, soups, pizzas, fruit, desserts and so much more. Evening meal, delicious, always spoilt for choice. I was watching my weight and managed to eat healthily (well almost) You have to purchase your drinks on a lunch time and evening and wait to be seated. If you add money at reception, you get 10% off your bill, which is very nice. Even on pool drinks too. There is a solarium on top of the hotel with about 20 sunbeds. I preferred this to the pool which was too noisy for me, also, all of the sunbeds were taken. If you pay extra for a deluxe room, you get access to a private area, which has approximately 16 sunbeds and a small pool. Well worth it. Remember, not all of the rooms have balconies, make the right choice on booking. The staff work very hard and most of them are pleasant. A big shout out to Raquel and Christian for being super helpful. Also, in the restaurant Nora, Merly and Carmine. NEGATIVES There is no indoor swimming pool and no gym. However, i have been told that a gym is going to be installed. Finally, Luis, the Maître D, restaurant manager is so miserable. He needs to lighten up, smile and be more friendly. I I think he has a problem with the English people, doesn't seem to be suited to his job role!
