Reception - 5/5- Really welcoming, kind and friendly. Superb customer service Room -5/5- Garden view, really comfortable and spacious. Pillow menu was a great touch, had to change our pillows because they were too soft. Facilities 5/5- Great facilities, gym, spa, x2 pools. The only flaw was that we wasn’t made aware of the €25 each at the spa for 50 mins which means it’s not well advertised, however it was worth it because you get the spa to yourselves. The 50 minutes goes very fast though. Also the pizza machine outside is a brilliant idea, we need them in Birmingham. Entertainment 5/5- This was brilliant. The cocktail bar was so comfortable and relaxing. It was really intimate and chilled out. The rock band was brilliant. Drinks were fantastic served by Carlos. Dining experience 4/5- Service was excellent especially from Olga, she was brilliant and very attentive. Olga was able to anticipate our needs extremely well, her observation skills were excellent. Carlos was also very good, his drinks making were top notch and he looked after us well. The food was amazing, I put on a lot of weight while staying here. Even though the service was great their were times that the waiter staff had to be reminded or prompted some nights of what you had asked for, this I think was due to low staffing levels as it was evident that they were rushing. Cleanliness 5/5- The cleanest hotel I have been too, which is very important to me. The cleaners are fantastic and are masters of their craft. The towels are changed daily, rooms are cleaned daily. This made my holiday :). Overall 5/5- If I go back to Gran Canaria I will definitely be returning to this hotel. Thank you for making our holiday a brilliant one. You are worth your 5 star rating.

“A little piece of Heaven”

Love this boutique hotel for a short escape to the sun from rainy London. Service is amazing - they pay attention to the details, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. Fantastic roof top restaurant & bar where they serve breakfasts and dinners. The coctail menu will not disappoint!

Don’t miss the breakfast. Yum. The location was easy to the market and the nightlife. We walked everywhere. The beach is close and just a long walk to the dunes.

“Nice hotel but absolutely no Bonvoy benefits for status members”

Nice hotel which I checked into just yesterday. The only downside is that they don’t upgrade you if you are a Bonvoy status member - I am a titanium elite and although they have availability they kept me on my booked room category. Nice hotel which I checked into just yesterday. The only downside is that they don’t upgrade you if you are a Bonvoy status member - I am a titanium elite and although they have availability they kept me on my booked room category. So for Bonvoy members I cannot recommend this hotel - they keep rooms empty instead of upgrading - isn’t that the reason why customers like myself spend money with Bonvoy properties?
