Amazing hotel. Extremely clean, friendly staff and incredible views. The pools were so chill and relaxing. The facilities were great. All the people there were warm and friendly, nothing was an issue. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

“Great hotel but a lot of steps!”

The hotel is really good we stayed here for a week all inclusive in a swim up pool room, this is now our minimum standard for holidays. Our room was 102 at the very bottom of the hotel, reception is on level 15 and we are level 1, which has to be accessed by 3 lifts (15-12, 12-7, 7-2) then walk... more

The hotel is really good we stayed here for a week all inclusive in a swim up pool room, this is now our minimum standard for holidays. Our room was 102 at the very bottom of the hotel, reception is on level 15 and we are level 1, which has to be accessed by 3 lifts (15-12, 12-7, 7-2) then walking down a flight of stairs, please bare in mind that there is no swim up rooms with step free access. The whole area around the hotel is surrounded by hills and steps, so just bare this in mind if your not very active or struggle with mobility. The room was clean and suited our needs nice spacious living area with equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bedroom with 2 single beds pushed together, I would say there isn’t much storage other than the wardrobe there’s no drawers in the bedroom or living area maybe a set of drawers under the tv would help with this, no shelves in the bathroom either. The outside area really sells these rooms you get a table and chairs, sunbeds and a comfy sofa to lounge on too. Plenty of sunshine. Access to the private pool is good it’s shared between 3 rooms so never more than a few people in it, the pool isn’t heated but get use to it, was great to just chill out and relax. The all inclusive is pretty much the same as ever other Spanish AI, cheap spirits, lager and wine, however prices for premium drinks are reasonable too if you wanted to upgrade. The food is good, breakfast was spot on English sausage too good choice of cooked and continental breakfast items so plenty to choice from to set you up for the day. Lunchtime there is a buffet option in the main restaurant and also a snack bar around the pool. Evening meals are buffet style again always a choice of fresh hot meals plenty of choice of meat/fish/rice/pasta dishes to enjoy, every meal we had was hot and fresh. Reception supply you with bottled water if you ask, think you can get 2 1.5ltr a day per room. The grounds are kept fresh and tidy and clean looking it’s a bit of a maze around the lifts & stairs to find areas but you kinda get use to it. String WiFi around the whole hotel too which is good considering the size of the complex and the multiple levels it’s on.

Very relaxing, would only say all inclusive guests unable to use snack bar for food until 3pm which we would have used at lunch time. Reception staff very helpful, indeed, every member of staff throughout hotel welcoming and so helpful. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
