This is a three star hotel and, as such, is very good. It's very clean and the staff are all lovely and very helpful. The accommodation is clean and tidy and the room staff are friendly and diligent. I was very cold the first night as the bedding was very thin. As soon as I asked in reception, two extra comforters were placed in the room and I was extra toasty from then on. Unfortunately, the fire door was broken on our end of the floor and it didn't shut properly. This meant that that the noise of downstairs travelled up to the room echoing from the ground floor because everywhere is tiled or marble so the noise has nowhere to dissipate. After the first night of being kept awake by the noise, I made sure to pull the door as shut as I could and the noise was greatly reduced and people passing through the door pulled it shut after them. The food was very hit and miss with something for everyone. I was not impressed with it and the variety was limited, however I always found something to eat. I discovered on my second day that there was a microwave if you wanted to heat the food up as it wasn't the hottest because it's served buffet style. I was also disappointed that everything was 'diet' in terms of the jams and soft drinks. As someone who has violent headaches if I have sweetener, I had to avoid them. Also a shame that they only had margarine and no butter. It's a pity that people are hoodwinked into thinking sweeteners and margarine are good for your health. They're really not... There were sandwiches and croissants available all day so when we missed breakfast one day we still managed to find something to eat and there was always coffee and tea available. The three alcoholic drinks is not a problem. There are 3 bars within 50 meters of the hotel and a very short walk takes you to the beach and a multitude of bars and restaurants. The beach is beautiful and very long. The rooftop pool was closed the first night due to safety concern as there were very high winds that day but it was open all of the other days and is well worth the visit. When we booked here, it was with the intention of having a child-free holiday in a nice place where we could lie by the pool, walk to the beach and easily get the bus to Palma and the main bus station to give us the freedom of the island. We were just looking for a quiet, clean hotel and the fact that it was all inclusive was a bonus. We got all of that and more. Yes, the food wasn't great but it was edible and you had the option to make your own foods from ingredients thoughtfully left separate for you to assemble e.g. pasta without sauce with sauces and vegetables on offer for vegetarian and non-vegetarians. Our flight home was at 6 am and we needed a very early taxi ride. The reception staff organised the taxi for us and, it's important to note, the cost was the same as if it had been an evening ride. There seems to be an island wide pricing system on taxi, bus and train fares, so you'll never get ripped off. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and got everything we hoped to from our holiday. Thank you to all of the staff. You do an excellent job. We even looked up more Blue Sea hotels when we got home.

“Nice budget hotel”

Really quick transfer from the airport Not far to walk to the beachfront This is a budget hotel with a nice restaurant and bar and pool area.private pool area round the back could do with a few more sunbeds and parasols

For the price....not bad! We paid just over £50 a night, all inclusive, so worth every penny, can't stay many places in UK for that price. Yes it's a little rough round the edges, furniture needs updating in rooms, x2 chairs out on balcony not been cleaned in a while, beds not the best, bathroom ... more

Yes it's a little rough round the edges, furniture needs updating in rooms, x2 chairs out on balcony not been cleaned in a while, beds not the best, bathroom is small so don't bring a cat! Shower was hot and powerful. It's a 3 star in the making, food is ok, could be hotter and a wider veriety, dining area quite small. Staff seemed ok with us but we did treat them with respect and tried to speak in their language. Don't expect 4 star at 2-3 star prices. And yes the new alcohol rule in some parts of Spain is a little annoying, 3 drinks at lunch, 3 drinks at dinner, but at £50 a night just buy some beer if you need to!
