“Brilliant and very friendly staff”

Brilliant hotel stayed with my family and the staff are amazing . Really recommend to anyone . Food is good and rooms are huge. We are considering coming back for a xmas holiday or a skiing week . The area is so friendly

Este lugar pode ser melhor apreciado durante os meses de inverno, quando só posso assumir ele está ocupado com o tráfego de esqui. Ficamos no verão como um ponto de corte. As imagens do quarto de família realmente não alinhados com o quarto que nos foi dado mas ainda era espaçoso e agradável para uma família de cinco. (3 filhos) Prós Belas paisagens Excelentes trilhas para caminhadas Buffet de pequeno-almoço Quarto espaçoso Funcionários simpáticos Grande piscina e área de spa Cons O inglês é pouco falado em toda a zona. Chuveiro foi difícil de operar e a temperatura mudou de um extremo para o outro rapidamente Spa foi fechada (madrugada só parecia, mas ninguém lá para perguntar) Banheira de hidromassagem/ofurô ... não jactos quentes e muito leves. No geral, uma experiência boa e gostaria de voltar novamente durante a época correta de surgir a oportunidade. Eu também seria mais bem preparados.

“Average hotel with good service”

The check-in & -out was prepared and really fast. At the reception everybody was super friendly. We had 5 different rooms @ different rates. The check-in & -out was prepared and really fast. At the reception everybody was super friendly. We had 5 different rooms @ different rates. They've been clean but compared to other 4 * hotels they should be reworked. Parts of the rooms seemed new but there is still lots of room for improvement. Carpets on the floor, partly old furniture, super old windows, curtains not fully closing, heavy keys, thin walls. For all of us the beds were too soft. But this probably depends on each individual. The wellness area was nice. Nearly no kids and several saunas to relax. The Pool area is fully owned by the kids jumping in the pool. Unfortunately there's no possibility to swim. Also the whirlpool was occupied by lots of children jumping in and out. The hotel offers a small gym. The breakfast was good and the evening buffet was worth the money. Overall I can recommend the hotel for 2 or 3 nights.
