A truly unique and excellent hotel in the heart of Seville. Fabulous and helpful staff who are very warm, efficient and friendly. Wonderful breakfast with a very wide choice of options . Great location close to all the major attractions. Clean and relaxing pool area on the rooftop with great views of the Cathedral and Bell Tower. Lovely touches such as individual tongs for breakfast, coffee available on arrival and pre departure, weighing machine for suitcases by reception, choice of pillow in the room. Look forward to returning soon.

“Comfortable and central”

This is a really great hotel. It is situated close to the historic centre of Sevilla. You can walk out and turn either left or right and be close to restaurants, shops or close to the bridge to Triana. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for 7 nights so we met different people all the time and they were equally pleasant. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable, the bathroom is a great size and has a walk in shower. The breakfast each morning was fully stocked to cater to everyone’s preferences. We could not fault this hotel and fully recommend it.

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of April. It was perfectly situated for all sightseeing and everywhere was easily walkable. The room was comfortable and clean with an excellent choice of breakfast. The staff were very kind and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

My experience staying at this hotel was mixed; some good, some bad. The good: location is great. It’s close enough to many tourist sites (10-15 min walk) but not smack in the center, so you can get away from the crowds. Breakfast at the hotel was so well stocked with a variety of choices that I think anyone could find their favorite thing. Coffee and pastries available all day. Also, nice lounge area to enjoy snacks. Staff was very helpful and courteous throughout (except see below). The premium room was spacious. Welcome snacks and personalized welcome note in the room were a nice surprise. Bedside plugs were fitted with pronged socket as well as USB-A and USB-C ports (so essentially may not need adapters). I thought that was a thoughtful touch. That and the in-room coffee/tea. Overall, the attentiveness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel, and guest amenities makes the hotel a great find. BUT… The bad: room was very poorly insulated for sound. One hopes to go on holiday to relax but it was very hard to do that in the room because of slamming doors from adjacent rooms that shook the walls, footsteps on hardwood floors from rooms above, and voices from adjacent rooms. I always travel with earplugs just in case and I unfortunately had to use them every day during my stay. Essentially, you’re at the mercy of other occupants to get some sleep. If there’s one reason why I would not stay here again, this is it. The bathtub/shower is poorly designed with the half panel that does not keep water in the tub. So much water streams onto the floor and the tiny floor towel gets soaked immediately. Stepping onto a wet towel after a shower is an unpleasant experience. I would have liked to have at least one comfortable lounge chair in the premium room. The desk chair is *not* it. Finally, one staff member, Manuel, was quite rude to me when I arrived early at the hotel and asked about when I could check in. There is no reason to snap back at a guest. A simple “I’m not sure but we will see what we can do” would have been fine. Even though, as I said above, every other staff member I interacted with was respectful and pleasant, this one interaction was off putting.
