“Relax, eat, sleep!”

“Give it a try”

Hotel is a bit dated but our room was clean and spacious with a sea view over the swimming pool. Had a few problems sorting our bearings out as its a very large hotel. Sometimes all inclusive food gets a bit boring but not here, as the good food was excellent. Staff are very polite and helpful. ... more

Hotel is a bit dated but our room was clean and spacious with a sea view over the swimming pool. Had a few problems sorting our bearings out as its a very large hotel. Sometimes all inclusive food gets a bit boring but not here, as the good food was excellent. Staff are very polite and helpful. Entertainment was mainly kids orientated and the bar is in need of a refurb. Good ammenities near by and on the sea front. A special thankyou to Merel who does an excellent job looking after guests. Would definatley go back.

“OK for a 3”

Stayed here as a family with 2 kids 11 &14 year old from 31 March-7 April. Very outdated hotel but very clean. We had superior twin room 2107 which was nice despite vwry uncomfortable beds. Stayed here as a family with 2 kids 11 &14 year old from 31 March-7 April. Very outdated hotel but very clean. We had superior twin room 2107 which was nice despite vwry uncomfortable beds. Not all rooms are nice so check before booking. Food was OK,you can find what to eat. Even me being a fussy eater, I never went hungry. Be prepared to queue at the restaurant before every meal,sometimes for more than 20 minutes. Staff will tell you when you can come in. There are 2 bars but only one open at the time. In the evening the queue was so long and had 2 barman serving drinks and talking more than working. Even though it says do not reserve su7n beds,staff doesn't do anything about it even being pointed to sunbeds with towels on for hours but no one using it. We had a hired car so didn't stay at the hotel most of the days but someone who wants to do it, it will be constant look for a sun bed. Evening entertainment was the worst I have ever seen. The location of the hotel is AMAZING. Beach is just a minute away,nearest shops and bars 5 minutes away. Close to the airport and perfect location for spotting plane landing . Overall not bad hotel buy has massive gap to improve. Special thanks to the only staff we found helpful and polite and really hard working and fast. PILAR! Please pass our huge thanks to her. She is a credit to hotel!
