Coming to the hotel has been on my bucket list for ages. So many of my friends have been and had a fantastic time. It’s such a fabulous hotel, really spacious, literally a stone’s throw away from the beach. There’s lots of great activities for the whole family, the group leader Mel was excellent and really added to what was an amazing holiday. Great to chat, good English and great with everyone. He’s done your hotel very proud

Just returned from this hotel, don't take any notice of negative reviews.The hotel was lovely very clean ,yes maybe a few repairs but that is most hotels.Food absolutely excellent,in the 7 days we were there we had ,prawns,steak, rabbit,veal,chicken ,pork and casseroles ,veg,chips, pizza and lots... more

Just returned from this hotel, don't take any notice of negative reviews.The hotel was lovely very clean ,yes maybe a few repairs but that is most hotels.Food absolutely excellent,in the 7 days we were there we had ,prawns,steak, rabbit,veal,chicken ,pork and casseroles ,veg,chips, pizza and lots of fruit,a great selection for everyone.All inclusive cocktail ils were a bit sweet but you could buy a cocktail in the sports bar which was lovely.Staff work very hard,beds were made everyday and rooms cleaned daily.I would highly recommend this hotel,we would definitely come back.Thank you hotel Beatrice

“Wonderful family holiday”

We have just returned from a 10 night stay here. Location is perfect €11 in a taxi to and from the airport literally 5 minutes transfer time. The shopping centre was a 5 min stroll along the promenade few bars and resturants, shops for anything you need. My girls got hair braids from Breannas salon €15 and some nights there was a lady doing them on the steps by the bars for €10. We stayed in a Junior Suite, the bed was amazing and so comfortable, the other room was a pullout sofa but was perfect for our girls age 6 and 4. Yes the decor is dated but cleaned daily. 2 sockets in the rooms right by the balcony doors definately take an extension lead. Hairdryer in room was good but only used it once. 2 separate balconies and could see the volcanoes on the left and the sea on the right. We loved watching the planes come into land. Hotel is big and didn't feel crowded. Majority of the bar staff were friendly and helped teach my daughters spanish but some were really rude (whether it is the long days I'm not sure) Food wise I never went hungry but was repetitive what was for lunch was normally same as dinner. Breakfast was the best meal. The burger bar, and Italian were good. Oriental was veal chow mein and sushi. Variety of fish dishes. And pasta daily. Once lunch finished at half 3 the snacks were donuts and little ham or cheese Cobs then dinner was at 7. Sun beds available all day and didn't struggle for a bed as a family of 4. The big pool was closed for the fist week we were there but didn't bother us. There is a towel service you leave your card details at reception and it is €2 per towel. The spa is the best spa I have been too amazing. Kids club is 11-1 and 3-5 my girls went a few times and really enjoyed themselves. All the animation team work really hard but Mel stands out and shines really bright. Nothing was too much trouble, He is a really special person and genuinely loves all the kids. I think I enjoyed the mini disco more than the kids. Definately recommend Rancho Texas we had a really fun day and the dolphin show was amazing. Would we return... Yes in a heartbeat 💓

We arrived on the 16th May the hotel staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, originally we were given the wrong room as we had booked a twin room with sea view and was given a double room with no sea view, however after a quick trip back to reception this was soon rectified. The hotel itself was nice and clean, the beds are fairly comfy, drinks are alright, food in the restaurant was not too bad, quite repetitive but you were able to have something different every night. Breakfast again repetitive but lots of choice so you can have different things on different days, Overall a great stay and would definitely return :-)
