“More like a retirement home”
Staff were very nice beds were comfortable and that's all the good things although the pool area was nice the snack bar left a lot to be desired. I'm in my late 60s and I felt like I was waiting to go to heaven, more like a retirement home than a hotel. Needs lots of money spending on it

“BH Live, Puerto de la Cruz”
Over all not too bad, photos do not do the hotel justice. Sun is on the pool area all day, apart from some which are shaded at times, but to be expected with the movement of the sun. “Great if you want to relax. Not the best entertainment wise.”
Hotel is clean enough and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food was terrible and was always cold even if you got there early. Entertainment in the hotel wasn’t great either. Definitely had to find fun things to do else where. Over all it’s a relaxing place, just not for young folks.

Lovely hotel but dated. Staff friendly and helpful. However food was almost always cold. For this reason my sister and I ate salads for dinner. These were really nice.
