Positive: Well located, recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, good ratio quality/price, good reception, good light breakfast; To be improved: refresh bathroom painting, headboard need to be recovered, bedspread need to be changed, for a better acces the small refrigerator should be placed on a small table instead of directly on the floor.

“great for the price, recommended”

Well situated little 4-room B&B with nice, friendly, helpful staff. We organised a check-in time and arrived with a press of a buzzer outside. Well situated little 4-room B&B with nice, friendly, helpful staff. We organised a check-in time and arrived with a press of a buzzer outside. Automatic door open, we scampered in to another glass security door which opened to an elevator and stairs. Taking the stairs we arrived at our door which opened to Rose who checked us in, showed us the 4 keys with which to let ourselves in and out, and showed us our locality and room situations. Rooms are modern and clean with more than enough space. Very recommended with our 4 nights behind us.

“Nice stay, nothing amazing”

The location of this b&b was excellent; a nice walk and you are at the Colosseum but only 5 minutes from Termini Station. The location of this b&b was excellent; a nice walk and you are at the Colosseum but only 5 minutes from Termini Station. There was nothing bad about the accommodation although noise from other apartments in the building was an issue at 1.45am! Breakfast was so so, nothing special but nothing specifically wrong with it either. The only issue we really had was communication with the owner when there was a problem; there was a slight language barrier.

Stayed here 3 nights in total, mainly due to closeness & convenience to Termini. Expensive for what you get. Stayed here 3 nights in total, mainly due to closeness & convenience to Termini. Expensive for what you get. There isn't anything very bad about the place but there's nothing really good about it either. Breakfast was not good enough and was really just pastries and a couple of other things which had been out of the fridge too long so were just room temperature, so on our 2nd & 3rd mornings we went down the street and spent more money on something a little more appetising and filling. Like I said, we didn't think there was anything bad about this place but for the price there is probably better around. Plus it is quite echo-y so you hear other guests coming going in the early or late hours and likewise have to be really mindful yourself if you leave early etc. Just not good value, that's all.
