“Warm welcome, Fantastic room and breakfast”

We spent a night at Casa di Manu and loved it. Emanuela welcomed us incredibly well and the room was very very comfortable, clean and quiet. Would recommend it to friends and family and will definitely go back. No negatives at all.

“Quiet place not far from center”

Stayed at Emanuela for 3 nights. Good coffee in the mornings and better breakfast than in hotels in Italy during our trip. Good and safe place for car just across the street. And good hints for tourists from hostess.

My wife and I spent 2 nights at A Casa Di Manu B&B in early June 2012. The location is in a residential area with a restaurant beside it and a large Mall across the road. From the train station it is a 15-20 minute walk, however the sidewalks are very narrow in some spots and walking back to the train station is mostly up hill. The walk to the waterfront area where there are shops and restaurants is again a good 30-40 minute walk with the return trip being mostly up hill. The room that we had was very large and very clean. The bathroom was hugh. On the second day of our stay the room was not cleaned nor the bed made. The B&B has 3 rooms but for breakfast which is served on the outdoor patio there were only 2 small tables. On the second morning it rained and we were forced to move the table, which we shared with a young English couple, under the roof overhang. The breakfast was so so and could be improved on. For dog lovers the owners Golden Lab, Emma if just wonderful and very friendly. The owner while very friendly and helpful appears to get easily fluster and to us is missing the little things that will make this B&B a great place to stay.
