Great hotel resort & staff. Great facilities & clean throughout!! Superb selection of food available at Breakfast & Dinner!! Really relaxing without kids screaming & running about!!

Lovely warm welcome with a glass of cava in reception shown to our room ,which was fabulous lovely big bed and so comfortable.hot tub in the room great sea view large tv with quite a few English channels not that we watch much tv .room cleaned to a high standard every day.we was half board the food was outstanding and somuch choice at breakfast and evening meal all the staff are friendly and helpful.champs bar is brilliant entertainment every night as well as showing all the football again staff brilliant and work very hard.hotel is in a great position near bars restaurants and shops nice walk both ways from the hotel along the coast.the only downside was it was extremely windy the whole of our stay.definitely would return.

Just returned from 10 nights at this hotel, our first at a Barcelo hotel. Check in was very smooth; we didn’t experience any upselling. We were very pleased with our room. Didn’t book a hot tub but had a pleasant sea-view. The bed and bed linens were amazing. This is the first time we haven’t had to request more pillows or hangers, great supply. Some towels a little tired. Location is perfect for walking out to restaurants and bars, we were B&B. The breakfast is fantastic with an amazing selection (enjoyed the little pink doughnuts every morning!!) Yes it was windy but this suited us as we enjoy walking and the breeze was good to have. The staff are very friendly. Cleaning could have been a bit better. Cigarette butt and hair balls on stairwell in block D for 4-5 days and we didn’t see pool being cleaned during our stay unless it was done very early in the morning? We enjoyed our holiday and would return.

Had a lovely long bank holiday weekend at The Barcelo Teguise Beach, was a little concerned before we went as there had been a few negative reviews and although that may have been other peoples experience, that wasn't the case for us. We went Half Board which was perfect for us, the Breakfast Options were vast, my husband liked a freshly cooked Omelette, i like fresh fruit and Yogurt or a croissant, they had a lot of choice and also noted there was a selection of gluten free options. Dinner was included but as others have stated you do not get any drink included with half board, but i was aware of this after reading other reviews. No one wears a wrist band, which i don't like on holiday, instead you are asked when ordering drinks/food to give your room number and can charge to your room or pay as you go, or if you are all inclusive obviously you've paid upfront. We were arriving just after Midnight and i had called the hotel to make them aware of our late check in, the guy on reception was very helpful, no upselling was attempted and he advised that because they knew we were arriving late and had missed dinner they had left us some food in our room, which was totally unexpected and very appreciated. We didn't encounter any miserable or rude staff, in fact a few of the staff we had direct contact with were very helpful, the experience Manager was very helpful and gave us info on getting the bus to Teguise Sunday Market. ( For info the bus runs every half hour, is extremely busy and in hindsight, it might have been nice to visit Teguise on a day the Market wasn't on and we might have seen a bit more of the old town. However if you like very busy markets with lots of stalls and sellers asking you to look at cheap designer goods you would probably enjoy it) In the evening we heard some great acts in Champs Bar which we didn't see advertised or on the App so it's worth checking as we stumbled upon it after earlier thinking it was just a sport bar with lots of screens showing lots of different sports. It is also included in the All Inclusive so if you prefer something a bit more lively to B lounge which we found very mellow and lacking a bit of atmosphere then it's worth checking it out to see, yes service could be a little slow sometimes but you can just go to the bar and ask and the staff are happy to come over. We had a great time, and would definitely go back, but i would take a light jacket this time as it can be a little chilly in the evenings if you are sitting out and it's windy.
