“Loved every aspect, would definitely stay again!”

If we ever return to Lanzarote, we will be staying here again. Huge, comfy bed in a modern room. We had a whirlpool bath on our balcony (as requested), which was lovely in the evenings, but is a tight fit for two. The pool areas are really nice, with sun beds always available. It was very windy at the front which made it a bit chilly to use that pool, but the weather wasn’t great the week we were there. There was always plenty of staff, all of which were really nice and helpful. We were half board but planned to eat out a couple of nights. We never tried any of the multiple nearby restaurants though as we enjoyed the hotel food so much! There’s several bars at the hotel; sports bar/pub with live music, chilled out cocktail bar, gastro bar for staying hydrated by the pool. The hotel is on the seafront with plenty of bars/restaurants/activities within walking distance. 2 beaches within 5 mins walk, great for snorkelling and water sports.

“Fabulous clean and welcoming. Great staff”

1st solo trip. The hotel is lovely and immaculately clean. The rooms are big and the bed is huge and so so comfy with loads of pillows. 1st solo trip. The hotel is lovely and immaculately clean. The rooms are big and the bed is huge and so so comfy with loads of pillows. The reception staff were great especially Marion who checked i was ok and assisted me in a room change. Breakfast was lovely spoilt for choice. I only ate dinner there once and again loads of choice. Like most buffet style not everything was boiling hot but just used the microwave. Big gluten free section with own toaster too. The pool area nice and no sunbed wars. I only went in the smaller pool and it was warm. Nice sunbathing area with no shady trees in way up by smaller pool. Gym looked nice I didn't use it tho as prefer to go on long walks. The location is brilliant 2 mins from beachfront. A lovely new gin bar also 2 min walk la casita gin...well worth a visit. I had no complaints at all and found the staff made me very welcome and reassured.

Great hotel and service, but my room was small and very noisy from the clubs across the street. I called reception and notify them, but it was too late. They should warn guests who have those rooms that it will be noisy over the weekends from the clubs across the street until 3.30AM. Other than t... more

Great hotel and service, but my room was small and very noisy from the clubs across the street. I called reception and notify them, but it was too late. They should warn guests who have those rooms that it will be noisy over the weekends from the clubs across the street until 3.30AM. Other than that the staff, food, pool, gym and entertainment were great.

Trust the plethora of recent bad reviews Much more 3 star than 4 star. Located in a tatty part of Costa Teguise, the hotel was perhaps smart once but is now tired. There are only 2 pools - one is tiny (the one that looks so stylish in photos), and the other looks huge in photos but really isn't at all. Limited sunloungers. Reception staff were non-receptive. We were greeted with an abrupt "I need your passports". Not even hello. I asked how she was (in an attempt to draw her attention to her lack of warmth). I always say if you don't like customers, don't work in customer service.
