“Best hotel with extremely considerate and caring staff especially managers - Anna & Mercedes”

Words cannot explain how helpful and accommodating the staff at this hotel were, especially the two managers Anna and Mercedes. I was travelling abroad first time with my twin boys and I was extremely anxious as one of the twins has additional requirements, however I was put at such ease on the day that I arrived by Anna and Mercedes. They both went out of their way to to reassure me that they would be more than happy to help with anything if needed at any given time. Not only were they so helpful with making us feel comfortable, they made the whole experience so much more enjoyable for my twin boys whilst at the hotel. We have been back from our holiday about 3 weeks now and my twins (7 year olds) still talk about both Anna and Mercedes in such a positive manner and with so much love. It really is one of the best hotels we have stayed at, hotel itself was clean and lovely. We enjoyed every part of our stay (one week) and really appreciated the staff. The hotel is a huge complex cca 15 min drive from the city center. The bed is very comfortable, the room was spacious. I did not have the chance to use the pools but they looked nice. The hotel is a huge complex cca 15 min drive from the city center. The bed is very comfortable, the room was spacious. I did not have the chance to use the pools but they looked nice. I had some issues with room maintenance works and missing towels, but the staff was nice and apologized. I did not fancy the food choice and quality.

“Just what we needed”

Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast. Can walk to cafes and bars over the bridge - 10 mins... main city/cathedral 25 min. Nice pool area. Quiet. Business vibe, as large meetings being held so not holiday feel, but clean and big rooms view over the river.

What can I say? It was average. Perhaps some would say poor considering the cost. What can I say? It was average. Perhaps some would say poor considering the cost. First impressions are important - we couldn't actually access the main entrance because there was some event going on. We weren't informed about this though. Once we had managed to get to the reception they were pretty grumpy and not particularly welcoming. First night was disruptive because of our family room right above some live music. 2 and 4 year old didn't sleep until midnight. Next day there was no water at reception, went to the gym to get some water and was told I coudln't get any as I wasn't using the gym. The environment is nice and the rooms are spacious. The housekeepers were friendly and would try their best to help. Probably wouldn't come back here.
