“Fantastic hotel fabulous service”
This is my 3rd stay and I’ll always return. Great staff, great service, delicious food, never once felt alone as a solo traveler.

“Very nice hotel, good food and fantastic views”
This is a lovely hotel with fantastic views from the pool areas. Food was great with loads of choice and good themed nights . The entertainment in the evening was great with tribute bands and good music. Rooms were spotless and well looked after with safes and lovely sea views

“Barcelo Santiago”
Lovely hotel ,good food good drinks good service, nice clean pool area with plenty of sun loungers,no early morning rush for beds !!, rooms are nice and clean, lovely views of cliffs and volcano, good value for are all inclusive stay. No beaches which was fine for us.

“All perfect”
Everything was perfect, the location of the hotel offers best views to Los Gigantes cliffs. Hotel personel is very friendly and helpful, everyone is a proffesional. Hotel is clean and offers a lot of relaxation. Food is also top!
