“Amazing location!”

3rd stay was great! Amazing location and a sea view terrace with sunbeds - you cannot beat that (paradise!). Fresh food, beautiful beach. “Fantastic hotel”

“Fabulous Spanish Experience”

“Really average, maybe ok for families with small children”

We wanted to have really chill vacation, sunbathe and not have to worry about anything such as where to eat etc. The location of the hotel is nice as it's right by the beach and you can get there in a minute. We were really disappointed with our room which was supposed to be a superior one, but it was really dark, located almost like in a corner of the building and it had the smallest balcony. Also the overall cleanliness of the room and hotel wasn't what we expected from a 4 star hotel.. They should really pay more attention to detail. It may be a good choice for a family with small children, but there are better choices for a couple for sure. We had planned to have dinner at the buffet as there was not a dinner restaurant other than the bar by the pool in the hotel, and eat our lunches at the restaurant Arrozante which was open for lunch. As paella lovers it seemed like the perfect pland but we didn't return to the restaurant after the first day: REALLY bad service, and you would expect a restaurant specialized to paellas and rices to have good ones. The rice of our arroz negro wasn't cooked enough, didn't have a lot of flavor and we got served the smallest cup of alioli with it. We had to wait for a long time for everything: to be seated, someone to get out order, the check.. Just a really bad experience and such a disappointment. 60€ for arroz negro for two, two glasses of wine and two tinto de verano's. So we were left with the bar and the buffet as the whole idea of us having a vacation just a couple of hours from home was for just being able to relax and not having to move around in search for restaurants etc. The buffet was ok, had a few pretty nice dinners and one good lunch (the paella of the buffet was better than the arroz in the Arrozante..) but on most times we were just trying to find something appealing to eat. Also the service and the cleanliness of the buffet could really be better. What was nice was the app that allowed you to order drinks or snacks to the pool and we also rented the balinese bed couple of times. 25€ for 4 hours, two glasses of cava and a fruit plate included which was reasonable since you got your own privacy. Overall our week in the hotel was kind of a disappointment but we booked it last minute so I guess if you can book your vacation in advance you'll have better options in the same price range. We don't think that the hotel deserves 4 stars and that it's worth the money

If you like family hotels, with an activity sheet detailing ping ping tournaments and silent bingo, then this one is probably for you.
