“Amazing service”

We stayed here on a layover. We arrived by China Southern at around 5pm and we flew out the next day at 12 noon. This hotel has free transportation to the hotel and back to the airport. It's actually pretty amazing, I haven't had that good of a service really anywhere else. The hotel is located right next to a huge mall with restaurants and shopping. We spent the night walking around and ended up eating at one of the restaurants. Most places don't take credit cards but if you go from one restaurant to the next asking, eventually one will take credit card. The free breakfast that comes with the stay is also very amazing. Basically dim sum for breakfast with both Chinese and Western dishes. Also all the tea, coffee, and juice you could want. The wifi is horrible and does not work. If not for the bad wifi, they would have gotten 5 stars. We couldn't even send an email saying we were okay to our families. Very clean and had all the toiletries one would require. I've uploaded their bus schedule for departures from the hotel to the airport.

“Transit Hotel”

Hotel supplied by China Southern as a transit hotel. It was first stop on complimentary shuttle, approx 25 mins from airport. Hotel supplied by China Southern as a transit hotel. It was first stop on complimentary shuttle, approx 25 mins from airport. Simple but nice and clean, easy checkin process and bus organised for next day including a proactive wake up call. We arrived hungry at midnight, and directly across the road was a number of restaurants that were open, a 24 hour convenience store - so we were still in the restaurant at 1.25pm so very handy. Glad we chose this one, and would highly recommend this as a transit hotel.
