“Lovely hotel”

Just back from 10days with our family 2 girls 3 and 5. Hotel was brilliant good food and drinks, and very clean,rooms very clean. Just back from 10days with our family 2 girls 3 and 5. Hotel was brilliant good food and drinks, and very clean,rooms very clean. Only few bits disappointed, sunbeds were a nightmare to get at times people queuing early, Could have done with tea and coffee facility’s in the room, and there isn’t much around the hotel. Overall thought we enjoyed our stay and loved the hotel

“Amazing staff and lovely hotel”

Lovely lovely lovely hotel with amazing staff. Everything is just fab. Only given a four star because we went all inclusive and 3 out of 4 of us are vegetarian. Very little vegetarian options. Lovely lovely lovely hotel with amazing staff. Everything is just fab. Only given a four star because we went all inclusive and 3 out of 4 of us are vegetarian. Very little vegetarian options. I’ve had jacket potato almost every day. I’m not a lover of them. But the food is good just wish there was a bit more options. Would stay again Did I mention the staff were amazing!! I have never visited somewhere where everyone is so nice and helpful. Thank you

“All inclusive / great value for money”

Great value for money, although very geared towards families and not so much couples or seniors, can be very noisy in the pool areas and restaurants. Great value for money, although very geared towards families and not so much couples or seniors, can be very noisy in the pool areas and restaurants. Rooms are very dated and in need of refurbishment but very clean as far as bedding is concerned, lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom. Food in the buffet and specialty restaurants always very good.

“Be aware if you have allergies”

Overall a great hotel. Clean rooms, tasty food and good staff. Very challenging to eat there if you have a food allergy. Overall a great hotel. Clean rooms, tasty food and good staff. Very challenging to eat there if you have a food allergy. They use allergen cards at the buffet for each item of food, but appear to have just put that everything contains nuts, even things like boiled potatoes, chips, boiled veg all say that they contain nuts. When I asked the chef they said nothing contains nuts and they put it on there just in case. I tried to have conversations with the staff about this but English was a challenge. They don’t seem to realise that they are more likely to have a person get seriously ill with this kind of false advertising than if they were just honest about the ingredients. As someone who has lived with a food allergy their whole life I am well aware that they cannot assure no cross contamination but I would like to know the actual ingredients. A big shame since the food I did eat was very tasty.
