Just back from a fantastic holiday 7 nights all inclusive. £2k for a week away inclusive of one child place free. Can not fault our holiday. As with all all inclusive holidays I remained anxious about the food right up until arrival however was quickly reassured with the quality and quantity of food available. Always British food available at pool bar cooked to order and Cornetto ice creams on tap! Husband was happy with San Miguel on tap and cocktails/mocktails a hit with myself and children. The main restaurant offering a whole variety of food morning day and night with themed food, huge salad bar and fruit bar and various deserts. As usual pancakes and pastries were a hit with the kids in the mornings. Roof top bar is a nice edition with views of sunset and the family pool is a nice size with plenty of loungers. Entertainers, gardeners and waiters/chefs all working hard every day and all very polite and helpful. Location is excellent. Located in a quiet area but with bars and shops and beaches only a 5 minute walk if that! We took a 20 minute walk to the bam bu Ku beach club for a family pool party and again many more shops and restaurants. 20 minute walk in other direction to reggae reggae bar and beach and A 40 minute walk to Mambo and other various bars/shops etc. or taxi and buses go regularly. Only draw back on whole holiday for me was I'm a light sleeper and found that 5 floors and the position of our room on first floor by the stairwell/lifts was impossible for sleep due to contestant traffic of people and feet/chatting/suitcases echoing hugely. The doors are all huge fire doors which are loud when closing too. Although rest of the family slept through each night! The hotel could do with some updating in areas that looked a little tired but thats to be expected with a 3*. We would certainly go back and recommend to others!

“Great hotel but shocking food”

Great location, great hotel but shocking food... we paid for all inclusive but the food wasnt worth the money or cooked properly, I complained about my burger not been cooked and the staff member in the restaurant didnt seem to care and put it straight in the bin and walked off. Great location, great hotel but shocking food... we paid for all inclusive but the food wasnt worth the money or cooked properly, I complained about my burger not been cooked and the staff member in the restaurant didnt seem to care and put it straight in the bin and walked off. All other aspects of the hotel were great, its a shame the food was so terrible.

“Average hotel.”

Very average, the hotel rooms are 100%. Not premium & could do with a refresh. The room was small with 2 double beds pushed together which left little space in the room to move. Unless you book with TUI or Jet 2 you are given a basic AIl inclusive band and not allowed access to the premium drink... more

Very average, the hotel rooms are 100%. Not premium & could do with a refresh. The room was small with 2 double beds pushed together which left little space in the room to move. Unless you book with TUI or Jet 2 you are given a basic AIl inclusive band and not allowed access to the premium drink and roof top terrace bar which I thought was bad, also you weren’t. Offered the hotel pool towels. The staff were friendly and the food was okay. The location was good and just a short stroll in to the town and to the beach.

We were dropped off by our jet2 transfer in a street some distance away, so we had to walk to the hotel with our suitcases. The check in experience was quick, and we made our way up to our room on the second floor using one of the two lifts. The Room was billed as a Premium Double room. It was definitely not! The room was very basic, not premium by any means. The mattress on the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was a tv in the room, however for the first time in over 20 years of holidaying in Europe, I did not have access to a single English channel, Spanish, German, even Belgian yes, but no English channel . I reply this 3 times to reception, each time I was assured that the hotel ,'technician' would sort the problem out. No such thing happened. The bathroom door had been repaired ( looked like someone had punched a hole on it?),and there were broken floor tiles on the room.Anyhow, onto the pluses- The food was very good, always a good choice, whether it be various delicious salads, or a good selection of hot meals . The snack bar at the main pool was excellent, burgers,hot dogs, pizza ,chips, onion rings all freshly made. Also a good selection of ice creams. The bar staff were friendly and efficient, an the cleaners hard working. The pools- The main pool had music and entertainment throughout the day and evening, for children and adults alike,and the adult pool was the other option. The hotel had a good mix of guests- couples, families, older adults. Unfortunately though,the hotel seems popular with groups of young lads, whose behaviour was quite bad, rowdy and swearing both in the adult pool and even in the restaurant.
