“Silent hotel near the Web-arena”

Good and silent location with small garden, sauna not working since Spring, comfortable bed, good breakfast. The room is ok. Bathroom is not for 4*: looking very cheap and little bit broken, only 2 towels, no sleepers, no tooth-kit.

We stayed here during the World Cup Russia June 2018, it's located walking distance from metro station Sokol 15 - 20 mins if you like to walk... From Sokol to the Kremlin is less than 15 mins. Location is a little bit far away from downtown but the metro is really the best in world then it was not an issue. Good service specially from some of the customer service staff i.e. Maksim who is the Reservation Manager. And a couple of more people of the desk who tried to speak Spanish for us! They all speak English it's important in Moscow. The room is very clean not luxury but functional, breakfast included very good quality products maybe for some people they could offer a bit of more choices but it was ok for us. Wifi is NOT good, if you need to stay connected because of your job even in vacation just like me it could be a nighmare. They really need to fix it. Fortunately we got a prepaid SIM card in the Okhotny Ryad metro station's mall in the Red Square and could solve the problem. Good experience in general terms.

The hotel is good, with comfortable rooms, even of a little narrow. Very clean, the staff is really nice, speaking a good English to help foreign people. You can book for sauna, included in the room fee. There is also a restaurant, unfortunately closeed when I was there, anyway they can serve some good dishes in the bar space, so we had dinner there, with good satisfaction. Not far from metro station, the best way to visit Moscow. A pleasant stay.

i stayed 12 days in this hotel,room was clean.facilities&breakfast was good,staff were helpful,but far away closest metro station(sokol)30 minute walk!!wifi disconnected or very low everytime,...i no recommend it

The hotel gets th job done. It less than an hour from SME airport and only 10 minutes from Red Square. The staff are friendly and were always willing to help and provide direction on how to navigate the city or call a taxi. The room is spartan but clean. The shower was somewhat small, but I am 6’ 2” and a 240lbs. I imagine most people will find it larger :-) Our room had an A/C unit and two single beds. My wife and I were able to get a good nights sleep. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves free breakfast each morning. We had dinner there our first night and everything was good. Wait staff were also friendly. I only have 2 issues with this hotel, otherwise they would have received a 5. First, there is a massive fish in the lobby. Sadly he is kept in a tank only slightly larger than the fish. So what depressing. Also, the WiFi was terrible, listing it as an amenity is almost false advertising. It exists but not reliable. I could not stay connected for larger than 5-10 minutes at a time. Having a concern about this may seem trivial, but it is 2018 and it is not like Russia is a 3rd world country.
