This is the perfect hotel for a weekend or a longer stay. 2 new very welcoming friendly, caring managers who go all out to ensure the confort and satisfaction of their guests. Easy parking facilities with no charges , peaceful surrounding, clean room and a lovely garden for a break without forgetting the generous breakfasts. “Clean, caring, proper and a good value”

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) spent three nights at the Acacia while attending a wedding in nearby Chanteheux. We were looking for clean, comfortable and affordable rooms. The Acacia fit the bill for us, since we needed two rooms for sleeping, breakfasting and cleaning up... we didn't need a "destination hotel". In terms of location, the Acacia is just off the highway, not in Luneville proper. However it is well located between Baccarat and Luneville and destinations in between, so that it could nicely serve as a base of operations for discovering the area, or visiting customers. The hotel is fairly new, and they paid close attention to soundproofing. It was hot in July and we opened the window, but the highway noise wasn't too bad. The kids had a room overlooking the garden, and had no road noise at all. Our rooms were small and spartan with two beds (comfortable ones), tv, long shelf for personal items, a hanging area (not enclosed closet) and small bathroom. The shower cabins are very small (a good challenge for big people) but the hand held shower had good water pressure. In short, economical and efficient. Where the Acacia really shines is breakfast. They have a large grass & tree garden out back with a shaded patio. We took breakfast outside every morning and it was wonderful. They have a nice breakfast buffet (bakery goods, cereals, breads, jams, meats, juices, yogurts and hot beverages), and really made us feel like the only guests in the way we treated. I should also mention that the Acacia also has an very decent exercise room. The folks at the Acacia are extremely nice and very accomodating. We contacted them via email for rates and reservations and they were very prompt and caring with their correspondance -- when I didn't reply for a couple of days, they sent me a follow up email to ensure that I had received their room proposal! Very cool. There are not very many hotels in the Luneville area, and the Campanile is normally booked up because it's economical and a brand name. Hopefully this review will help anyone visiting the area to feel comfortable to stay at the Acacia. It's not luxurious, but it's a good value for a comfortable stay.
