“Nice Hotel but wouldn't stay again because of the pool”

The hotel itself is really nice we were blown away by it when we firstwalked in the rooms are clear and smell fresh. There is a water cooler on every floor to fill cups with drinking water. The food not the best but what all inclusive usually is unless you are paying top money for it. The bars one bar does not open until 9pm tgey have an act on then karaoke until 1145 the bar closes at 12midnight so could do with opening earlier. The main entertainment bar is not very big so if you are a big family like we are (there is 8 of us) you will steuggle to get a seat unless there early. Only 1 member of staff per bar so can be queueing for a while. This brings me to the pool. Because of how close the hotels are to the pool it only gets 3-4 hours sun per day. The sun gets on it around 1130am and by 3pm it is in the shade again. This made the pool stone cold too cold for little ones to be able to go in. I asked the life guard why it was so cold and he just pointed to the buildings around. The beach isn't too far and we spent some time there. If you book a holiday with all inclusive plus you get tickers to go to the water park and the zoo at one of the other hotels. The bus runs every hour from outside the casino or we got a taxi that was about 13 euros each way. Entertainment wise there is something for all age groups. They have a parrot and reptile show in which you can hold the animals at the end and have a photo taken this is 20 euros and you have to pay it before you even touch the animal so you can't take your own pictures with them.

The food is not amazing but there is always something someone like my mum more or less had salad haha. The rooms or not very big but there plenty of room to sleep the one we had had 2 double beds and a sofa bed. The entertainment team there are great always smiling very friendly try to involve everyone. Cobal and chemer I think it's spelt are two very great guys my son is 16 and even though he didn't joing in the discos etc he felt very comfortable playing one to one games like ping-pong etc with these guys he had a great time for his first holiday and they made our week. “Avoid this hotel if you have a pram, and like to eat all inclusive food”

This is hard to describe. There hotel staff are great. The holiday was great. Would I return to this hotel? Absolutely not. The pools are cramped and hard to walk around. The food is borderline disgusting. The chefs all need sacked. Many many times we got raw food or Ice cold food directly from a fridge and there is a severe lack of choice & selection. The layout of the hotel is awful with many people getting lost with old signage and sent to a door for a restaurant which is always locked for example. The hotel is somewhat untidy but clean. Glasses from the night before left around the reception & pool areas until the middle of the next day. The lifts didn’t work properly and having a pram at this hotel is a total nightmare. However… Drinks 10/10 Entertainment 10/10 Friendliest of staff 10/10 Reception helpfulness 10/10 It’s such a shame. We wanted to love it. We could have loved it. But it is clear this hotel is poorly managed by senior staff and as I said above - Chefs needs to re placed without delay and get new ones who have passion. In all my time eating all inclusive this has been the worst (I’ve stayed in Robin Hood & tropical splash too and their food beats this!)
