Just got home from a 7 day stay in this hotel. Honestly after seeing so many different reviews I didn’t know what to expect, but we have had the best time. The hotel iteself is lovely, the staff are helpful, the food is okay. Something for everyone, some days there might not be a lot you like but there is always an option. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel is up a steep hill but after day 1 it gets easier, located 5 mins away from the beach and shops , perfect location. The pool and facilities are spacious, the only thing I would say is you have to get a sunbed by the pool early. The entertainment team , honestly wow. They are amazing. Nothing is too much for them. They always get you involved or have something on for you to take part in but Cobal especially what a man he is. Life and soul of that place, always dancing, getting everyone up and involved. My little boy was absolutely besotted by him and rightly so, he made him feel included even if he wasn’t on the stage with all the other kids. Already looking at coming back soon, amazing time !

Our Family Holiday and we had a great time. We enjoyed the food and 2 of us are very fussy eaters. All deibks on AI were named . I drink Baileys and it was all real Baileys. Our room was good ,very comfy beds and aircon was brilliant in our room . Everything was made better by our Favourite Entertainer Cobal ( Jim Carey) if we could brought him home we would have . He is the best part of our stay. Just a lovely kind funny bloke. We think the entertainment has things backwards with the karaoke though. Being that this full of us UK punters, I'd say having the karaoke in the main hall for a longer time would be a better idea. It would keep people in that main hall. Everyone just sloped of and left the main entertainment to get to the karaoke hall. A lot of disappointment that it was just a very strict 45 minutes a night. All being said we enjoyed it all. Loved that you keep your cups idea , stopped you being a lazy sod and made you bring your cups back. Do wish people cleaned up their mess though in reception, is it so hard to take a glass back to the bar we would do it at home wouldn't we? Poor bar staff definitely needed to be 2 at all times in all bars. They had to stop serving to collect glasses so we helped them so they could carry on serving. Met some great people in the Karaoke Bar and hope they all have safe travels home x And Magic Rock you need to double Cobals Wages !!!!

We have just arrived home from 10 nights at magic rock gardens. We arrived at 3am and check in was very quick and we got told everything we needed to know. We were slightly disappointed with the room and of course no balcony but we knew this before we arrived. Wrist bands to access room was a great idea for us two who are always forgetful and usually leave key card in room! Food wasn’t the best, but we still managed to get something, and budgeted to eat out some nights😊 great location, the hill isn’t as bad as people make out! We were over for my daughter’s 5th birthday, and the lengths the girls in kids club went to , to make her feel special was amazing. She absolutely loved going to see the girls each day and they were just over all amazing along with the rest of the entertainment team! we did find the entertainment repetitive but this was due to being there over one week. Karaoke bar was fab, brilliant atmosphere! (Of course us Scottish had multiple songs up there😂) Room was okay, house keeping in daily however I think all they done was renew towels and change beds, I don’t think floors / mirrors were done once in our stay. Always managed to get a sun lounger, and yes the pool is cold when you first get in but absolutely fine once you’re in! Overall, we had a great time and most importantly our daughter did too, to the point where she was sobbing leaving this morning !
