I can't think of one reason not to stay here again ! A very pretty clean apartment in a very nice residential district, beautifully ran by Arturo and his team. Although I did not meet him, he was one minute away by email. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, with a load of stuff readily available in the office such as ironing board, soap, extra toilet paper, etc. The only thing I thought was missing was a bath mat to step out on after the wonderfully powerful shower. There is a supermarket at the end of the street, enough for essentials such as milk, coffee, etc. There is also a very popular tapas bar although i didn't really like the feel of it, so walked on and it was worth it, as there are plenty of nicer places nearby. I was in Seville attending a 3 day wedding. Most of the guests were staying in the hotels suggested by the bride and groom, but I thought that an apartment would be more comfortable and I was right. I will stay here again, definitely. Thank you very much Arturo and your team for making everything so easy and smooth, and for a really beautiful apartment to stay in.

The apartment is inside a building about 1,5 km far from cathedral, same distance from train station. The organization is perfect: Mr. Arturo sends an email few days before your arrival with all instructions to checkin. You can arrive to any hour because you must digit a code (sended in email) to entry in the building and in the apartment. The apartment is clean and well furnished. You have some bicycles free (not so confortables) usefulls to visit Seville. There are other two paid bicycle more confortable than first ones, the cost is 7,50 € for a day. I recommend it.

I base my markings on my experience and not the criteria used by hotel grading inspectors, which are often in my view quite ludicrous.. I am the last day of a two week stay here while doing a language course. So what did I get? A very nice apartment with an excellent manager, Arturo, who has just arranged for my taxi to the airport tomorrow morning. The maid is lovely and completely non intrusive, but we have chatted. It is all beautifully relaxed, comfortable and friendly. It is a residential area so it is not heaving with bars, restaurants etc like the city centre. The local primary school is across the road and when you go out in school hours there is the delightful sound of children laughing and playing. A few streets away is the local Salesian School - my son went to one in the UK. The church at the end of the street is beautiful - 13th century gothic - without any of the over the top Spanish Baroque. The local supermarkets have all you need and there is a superb German bakers - internationally rated - 100m away called Das Brot. In the other direction is one of the best restaurants in Sevilla called conTenador. You have to be pretty nifty to get a booking, but the food is superb and the staff couldn't be more welcoming to a woman on her own. Separate review of that to come but it is part of the Slow Food movement. So to sum it up I am sitting here typing away, wrapped in a blanket as I have been ill, in a comfy chair with the sun streaming in and feeling totally content.

Arturo's appartment is very comfortable and well located inside the old city walls near the Church of the Macarena. Very quiet at night though there is a lively nightlife in the neighborhood. The appartment has a fast wifi connection. I used one of his bikes to explore the city and Triana. Excellent slow food restaurant around the corner (reservation needed). I stayed twice at Arturo's place, last time was during the Semana Santa.
