On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Excellent for US!”
Another most enjoyable and relaxed stay at Las Gaviotas. Basic or more upmarket bungalows provide for different needs and we always enjoy the peace and quiet. “Second visit to Las Gaviotas!!!”
Booked again as we enjoyed it last year. If anything it has improved. We like the bungalow with sunbeds that negates the need to book a bed by the pool at 6am. It is quite peaceful so we can chill with a book or six. The internet works well so you can check emails for free. The restaurant/ba... more

What a fabulous location. A warm welcome and got driven to our apartment from reception. Pools were warm which for me is MUST and my family as we like to spend a fair bit of time in the pool.
