“Great holiday”

We arrived at 1130 after an early flight, and the friendly reception staff went out of their way to find us a room we could check into straight away. Check in isn't until 2pm, so we were so grateful, especially with our toddler itching to take his travelling clothes off and have a run around. A brilliant first impression. The one bedroom apartment was ideal. Well stocked kitchen with microwave, bathroom with a bath for bathing our toddler. Lots of storage. Balcony with view of the lovely pool. clothes rack on the balcony. Aircon in the main room, fan only in the bedroom. Low sofa bed, ideal for stopping our toddler falling out of bed. We made up the sofa bed each evening and we all slept on it to make use of the air con. Nice and comfy. No lifts, but my husband carried the pushchair up to our first floor room. Very clean - the friendly maids work so hard. Nothing at all in the fridge, but the Spar is just across the road. Powerful shower. Table and chairs. We didn't use the safe, but our valuables were safe in our suitcase. Wifi very good. There are loads of sunbeds free at any time. We would go down at 12 noon, and always found plenty that were free. The baby pool was quite warm, and our son loved splashing about. The pool bar has self-serve tea and coffee or water. Queue up for soft drinks, beer and snacks. We went all-inclusive. The food was lovely. I enjoyed every meal. Queue up at the bar to get the drinks for your meal. The staff in the buffet were very hard working, but not particularly friendly. The only ones who really had a smile for us were the young black lad and older black chef. The rest seemed very unhappy in their work, which was a shame (we are very tidy and polite). We always put our highchair back when we'd finished, but one of the supervisors booted one across the room when someone had left - he made us feel quite uncomfortable! They let the place down a bit. There is a laundrette, 4EUR per wash or dry, buy your own powder. There is a lovely walk to the left of the hotel, past shops and bars. We enjoyed walking it daily. This hotel was ideal, and the price was reasonable. I would recommend!

We just returned from our stay at Floresta, and will definitely return. Greeted with a great welcome at reception. We just returned from our stay at Floresta, and will definitely return. Greeted with a great welcome at reception. Our Apartment was positioned near one of the Pools & was Spacious, well equipped & Clean. A great Choice for Breakfast which was beautifully presented, Fresh & something for all tastes. Very Friendly Staff throughout! We are already looking at dates for Autumn.

“Lovely hotel”

Ah this hotel makes me smile. We have just returned and all I can say is fabulous what a find. We have been going to the area for years and have finally found our place. The only reason I have given it 4 star is the food could be a little better ie pizzas more choice in the evening etc. however w... more

Ah this hotel makes me smile. We have just returned and all I can say is fabulous what a find. We have been going to the area for years and have finally found our place. The only reason I have given it 4 star is the food could be a little better ie pizzas more choice in the evening etc. however we do eat out most nights. The hotel is spotlessly clean the staff are the so friendly. Special thanks to the lady in reception who saved us from the mountains (another story). And the boys who work the pool cocktail bar they work so hard all with a smile on their faces. Loved the aqua Zumba every day and the guy who took it (unsure of name) literally had such a good tome we have booked to come back next year ❤️. Location perfect loved being right on the beach so close you can still pop back and forth hotel for snacks and drink. I loved every minute of our stay and will see you all next year 👌
