“Great hotel for families with kids”

We had an amazing time in Ibiza Garden Tropic Hotel in the first week of April 24. They offer delicious food and great drinks . The staff is amazing everywhere,from reception, cleaning ladies (rooms cleaned daily) restaurant chefs (fresh pancakes and omelet made to your choice ..simple delicious for breakfast) the bar staff serve you with a smile and really good drinks. Great kids club, they all are going above and beyond to get the kids entertained and kids love them!our kids hearts have been stolen by Jesus, such a lovely, kind and approachable person. Rooms are very good size and clean. Location is excellent, close to the beach and shops. Car rental just outside the hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Rooms: 5/

“Fantastic Stay at Tropic Garden Hotel”

We had a lovely week here. The hotel was clean and very chilled. The staff were always very helpful. My granddaughter had an accident playing on a beach swing ( not on the hotel premises.) They got us a Dr very quickly, they kept our ice packs in the freezer for us and were very caring. The hotel is situated a few minutes from town and the nearest beach. There are several other beaches in both directions within walking distance ( if you are mobile and like walking) If you go over the bridge at the river ( at the far end of the last beach )and go left you can walk to a small bay or all the way to Cala Llonga . If you follow the river, there is a child friendly numbered trail. This goes up to the old church where there is also a lovely little museum. It takes a while but is worth it. The food at the hotel was great varied and also had plenty of options for vegetarians. The cofffee at breakfast isn’t very nice but you can get one atb the bar ( from 10am) which is lovely. Eating out in Ibiza isn’t cheap so consider the hotel for either the all inclusive or half board as they offer a good rate. A big shout out to the hotel Manager ( I believe) I can’t remember her name but she was lovely and took time to get to know us and my grandchildren. It was April so the pool was cold, some children braved it, we didn’t. The indoor pool was therefore a bonus as were the childrens clubs.

Amazing hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly. Very polite. Nothing was to much trouble for them. Room was lovely and clean. Maids came every day. My 6 year old loved the games I.e pool, air hockey etc. He didn't want to join in the kids club but the other kiddies enjoyed it and the staff were great with them to. He enjoyed the pools, (indoor and out) but preferred the outdoor as was less busy and noisy. One plus was no one felt the need to get up at an ungodly hour to reserve a sunbed, there were plenty around but bear in mind it's early in the season. We were all inclusive and the food and drink was great, loved the options they had. 15 minute walk to the beach via the marina which was lovely. A great stay and would happily come again!

Nice little hotel that I feel Was let down by house keeping, arrived at hotel asked if we wanted to upgrade at a cost we declined but I feel that might have been a mistake, got to our room great size with fridge microwave and kettle although you’ll need to take your own tea /coffee if you want an. Early morning cuppa , but on inspection there were no towels for a shower just one small hand towel, decided to leave it until the morning phoned down to ask for some said housekeeping would bring them , nothing for over an hour so decided to shower using the hand towel, went to reception on our way out and asked again along with extra pillows as they are not very comfortable, lady took a note got back to the room around 8.30 that night , towels had finally been delivered but no pillows rang down again and said housekeeping would bring them straight away , you guessed it hour or so later still no pillows went to reception and asked again eventually they were delivered, this took me down to a four star , but what tipped me down to three was we got back the next evening to find our room door wide open with no sign of the room attendant, the wedge was still on the door, I was mortified i don't know how long it was open before we got back but still anyone could have walked into our room, went to reception to tell them and the attitude of the lady was what do you want me to do about it she just shrugged her shoulders, now having said all that the hotel is lovely and quiet and their staff were very friendly ,and helpful,aside the one lady who who didn’t really care that our room had been left open ,all inclusive a good selection of food although not always very hot, it was good value for money, and great for families, tip take your own pool towels because they are not included in the price you have to hire them ,
