Location quite good with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. Beach and bus station in easy reach. Room and facilities clean and well maintained with daily housekeeping. Swimming pool and pool bar all good. Restaurant offered buffet-style meals with food quality good and varied choices. Entertainment was ok and activities were varied but relaxed with no undue pressure to participate. All staff were generally helpful.

“Good for price paid”

Good hotel for the price paid. Lovely pool area with a nice kids pool and loungers. Rooms were clean and balcony a nice size. The room towels are very small though. We were all inclusive and I'd say the food was ok. They only did pancakes one morning during our 7 night stay. They don't do omele... more

Good hotel for the price paid. Lovely pool area with a nice kids pool and loungers. Rooms were clean and balcony a nice size. The room towels are very small though. We were all inclusive and I'd say the food was ok. They only did pancakes one morning during our 7 night stay. They don't do omelettes either. They only put out whole milk and you have to ask for any alternatives. Staff were very friendly and work very hard. The location is great for the beach or for a wonder to bars. We also took the bus to Puerto Rico which was easy. There isn't much entertainment at the hotel. It would be nice if they just played some background music on the night just for a bit of atmosphere. Overall we had a great holiday.

In general could not fault anything. Everything was spotless, food plentiful and menu changed every day. Always something for everyone to enjoy. Tables were cleared and cleaned quickly.only thing I would say is that the rooms had been modernised at some point, but there were dips in the bathroom floor and in the kitchen beside sink. Maybe a bit tired.However, this is a minor fault and would I go back again? Absolutely. Staff were helpful and friendly. Good location, plenty to do round aboutm

Absolutely loved the hotel beds were comfortable, staff all so lovely, rooms very clean and spacious and lovely size balcony’s , very quiet hotel with good pool and it gets sun all day and in good area with lots of food places so close. Only thing I would recommend is not getting all inclusive, food wasn’t nice (own personal preference) but the thing that I didn’t like was all inclusive didn’t start until 12pm and you pay for mostly everything so it’s quiet pointless getting it as there is a supermarket right across the street very good prices for drinks and food and rooms have fridge and freezer. Cocktails weren’t the best especially not the frozen ones more like smoothies or than that loved everything else. Only thing you got free was soft drinks (Pepsi,7up) and tea and coffees and ice creams everything else was paid for.
