The hotel was immaculate, staff so friendly and helpful nothing being too much trouble. I felt very safe staying here as was travelling solo on this visit. The reception staff went above and beyond as did the bar/restaurant staff. Breakfast selection was amazing. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied. Have been a returning customer here for many years and this is always acknowledged which is unusual in the times we are living in and therefore very much appreciated.

“Excellent friendly hotel, positioned well for the beach.”

The welcome at hotel check in was excellent, the room comfortable and spacious, the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, the food in the buffet style restaurant was excellent in choice and quality and the hotel was kept very tidy and clean throughout.

First time visitor to the Island. What an experience from start to finish, the Staff are a credit to the Management, very pleasant and helpful from morning to night. We stayed in room 137 - 11th -18th May, paying a little more for the Pool/ Sea view but we'll worth it. We were on a B& B basis and couldn't fault the choice. The rooms are modern, ours could have done with more storage, perhaps a unit under the Tv. The beds were comfy with Ac in bedroom as well. Local buses daily to neighbouring towns was a bonus. The views over the Bay are amazing. Andrea, you smiled from morning to night you are a great ambassador for the Company. Plenty of restaurants locally for eating out, a 10 minute walk takes you to the Beach, it is on an hill but certainly manageable. Spotlessly clean Hotel with amazing Staff. Well done & thank you.

Love the hotel location, great views from sea/pool view rooms. Amazing staff. Great breakfast with Omelette station and lots of other choice. We were celebrating a birthday and on the actual day a member of staff brought a bottle of cava and 2 slices of chocolate tart to the room, a lovely, thoughtful gesture that made the birthday extra special. More choice for vegetarians at dinner needed and it needs to be easier to identify what the food is but we will stay again. Great for kids and Cala Galdana is beautiful.
