A 4 star hotel that gives a 5 star experience: My family and I recently stayed at the Family Hotel Tropic Garden in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza, and we had an exceptional experience. The hotel is perfectly tailored for families, offering comfortable accommodations, activities, and excellent service. The hotel is located in the serene town of Santa Eulalia, providing a peaceful environment ideal for family vacations. It’s a short walk to the town center, where there are plenty of restaurants and cafeterias. · Upon arrival we discovered we had opted for a SELECTED room type . WE had chosen a swim up suite but did not realise the additional benefits as a selected room gave. I believe this is offered on a number of different type rooms not only swim up suites. These benefits included the following: · Welcome pack. · Minibar with local mineral drinks included · Bathrobes for adults · Pillow Menu. · Premium brand cushions. · Free Safe · Complimentary towels for pool use · Sky&Sea Lounge: Reserved solarium area with Water Sensations experience, premium Balinese beds and hammocks with courtesy soft drinks, beers and fresh fruit. · Restaurant Buffet: reserved, private VIP area (interior and terrace) with table service for drinks. This was stunning it over looked the sea dn to sit there in the peace and tranquility just made it feel extra special. · priority Check-in and Check-out with the hotels Selected Ambassador Kim who was so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay · select meeting place with free drinks, sweet and savoury snacks available all day long including bottles of local beer and tea and Nespresso coffee machine · Direct concierge service with the Ambassador of the hotel. Our room was also extremely clean as was the whole hotel. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep for everyone. - **Pools:** The hotel has a large outdoor pool, a children's pool, and an indoor heated pool. The kids especially loved the splash area. - **Kids' Club:** The kids' club was fantastic, with a variety of activities that kept our children entertained throughout the day. The staff were great with the kids, providing a safe and fun environment. - **Dining:** The on-site restaurant offered a wide range of options, including international cuisine and kid-friendly meals with specific children buffet located towards the rear of the restaurant. All in all we as a family will definitely return to this hotel the service and facilities were one of the best we have stayed in Spain.

“The staff at the kids club were incredible”

The hotel was great. But the staff at the kids club were incredible 👌 👏 particularly, Denise, Génesis, Britt and Jésus. ❤️ They worked incredibly hard and their passion for their job and their love of the children was clear. A huge thanks to them all from our family.

“Fabulous 4 night break”

My teenage daughter and I have just returned from a 4 night stay here and it was fabulous. My teenage daughter and I have just returned from a 4 night stay here and it was fabulous. All of the staff from reception to the housekeeping were so polite, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is spotlessly clean there was always someone cleaning somewhere. We stayed in a side sea view suite which was great, beds were very comfy and again everything was cleaned and made up lovely for us. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the omelette station which was delicious. Hotel is In a great location, just a stroll from a supermarket to get all your essentials for the room, the beach and marina is one way and another pretty beach is another direction, both around 15-20 mins walk. Ate out in town every night and there is lots to choose from, some high end expensive places but also some delicious little cheaper places. First time I’ve stayed in Santa Eulalia and thought it was great, lovely restaurants and pretty marina and the shopping is abundant, I was in my element. Overall a fantastic break and I’ll be booking to return again.

“Great hotel”

Great hotel/place and the most helpful and friendly staff. We have stayed at Tropic Garden Hotel Apartments fifteen times as the facilities for our disabled daughter make her stay so much easier and the experience has been excellent every time.
