Broncemar was a great holiday for us & our 1 year old. Hotel was beautiful, pools were amazing, food and service were good and the day/evening entertainment (for kids & adults) was really well put together. If you’re looking for a relatively chilled holiday, then I would definitely recommend. If you’re coming with kids over the age of 5+ - there isn’t a great much to do. There isn’t any slides/play park/games room & there isn’t much to do in the area. We were in a standard room and there wasn’t any air conditioning - they have a fan in the rooms, but it isn’t very effective (luckily it wasn’t mega hot when we were there). Quite a lot of lively bars in the area, which all get rammed from 10 o’clock onwards. Beaches in the area were really nice!! However keep an eye on where your closest bars are before you find a spot as some of them are a treck away! Very close to the airport which is good for transfers however, means you can hear every plane landing throughout the day. Have to get up early to put your towels on sun beds (which is usually the case), however there isn’t many umbrellas about so they go very quickly. Overall - we found it a good holiday for the price as it suited us nicely - 4*

“Amazing family holiday”

We loved our stay at broncemar Beach and will definitely be back. The staff were all lovely with great service. We loved our stay at broncemar Beach and will definitely be back. The staff were all lovely with great service. We had a little ant problem which was taken care of straight away and a few cockroaches but it is the canaries so it's to be expected. 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 to the Marina which we highly recommend as it was fantastic. Food was what you expect for all inclusive, although please add chicken nuggets to the kids dishes . The room was spacious and tidy, we had a ground floor apartment near the bigger pool and it was lovely. The entertainment staff were amazing, a massive shout out to Luigi, Maria and Emma for the fantastic work, constant smiles and making us all feel welcome. We loved all the poolside games and the entertainment at night. It was Emma's first week when we were there and she fit right in . They all have such enthusiasm and energy every day all day that they completely made our holiday. Thank you for giving us a wonderful memorable holiday from the the groovy movie stars!

“Excellent Complex”

Eight of us (5 adults, 3 grandkids) arrived for a family week 27th April - 4th May. Check-in, and the receptionist presented us with two family rooms that were together (144 and 150) connected up steps. They were clean with each apartment having two seperate bedrooms. Perfect. Decent kitchen facilities and tv with some UK channels. My partner and I had been at this hotel back in Feb 2018 and it's had a bit of a refurb since then with all buildings now white instead of mixed colours. Reception looks very different and modern. The kids loved the spaceous pool areas and as we were off-season, there was plenty room to choose around the sunbed area. There's a large kids pool and splash area and a quieter pool alongside. Staff mostly nice. We decided on self-catering at booking last Christmas Day so we could visit the local bars and restaurants, however the bar terrace offered some decent choices for snacks. Can't comment on the restaurant for breakfast or all-inclusive. There is an on-site shop and great bar terrace with entertainment at nights, kids club although the old Irish Tavern bar is no longer there. The hotel check-out time is 11 am but offers a luggage room and shower room for late departers that you have to book with reception. I think it still offers a washing machine facility but not 100% certain. Outside the hotel and it was a 5 minute stroll to El Castillo shopping complex with some good bars and restaurants. Around the area there is some building work being done but it wasn't too distracting, and there are a few good bars and restaurants down the road. The beach is a 10 minute stroll and although not the best (being quite gritty) it does the job for a sunbathe. The sea is extremely shallow so great for young kids. Overall we loved the Broncemar, and Caleta de Fuste and i'd have no problem returning there again as the kids had a great time, as we all did.

The hotel was nice, pretty busy but sunbeds available, all staff were great and helpful. room was nice and upgraded with a bath and shower, only point of this It was upstairs but manageable for us. Food was good, drinks good, cocktail's on All Inclusive were average but for 6 euro's Mojitos and others were really good. enjoyed the pool area's. Night entertainment was mainly for the kids but that was understandable. Downfall from our liking was the Room Cleaning. we have never experienced this from any holiday we have been on. Room Cleaning stated 5 days over the 7 days. We arrived on the Wednesday, room cleaner attended Friday then Sunday we noticed change of towels only on the Sunday, Floors were dirty, Balcony floors was not cleaned over the 7 days, I called reception to complain on the Monday 5pm, No clean towels and bed was as we left it, made up but not changed!! We complained that the room was still not attended too !! Reception apologised and sent two towels up 2 hours later but no effort to clean the room !! which was really disappointing. The brown sandpaper towels could do with an upgrade also.. We made the best of it , enjoyed what was on offer , spent time at the hotel and down town. We normally tip the room cleaners but unfortunately not this time. We move on.
