Location of the hotel was fantastic, across the road from the beach so views were amazing. Our air con broke 2 days in and we were moved to another room with views similar to the previous one, this was dealt with straight away. The rooms came with a good size fridge freezer, a microwave and small hob. We knew there wouldnt be a kettle from reading other reviews so took a small travel one with us .We were all inclusive and found the food was plentiful. Drinks were table service in the main restaurant , you are given a list when you arrive of what drinks are included so as long as you order those there is no additional cost. There were 3 waiting staff who we saw most while we were there , Eugenia, Antonio and one man whos name i didn't get, but they were so lovely, always greeted us pleasantly . It was super busy with lots of students staying there and every member of staff were rushed off their feet, they work so hard. It was our first time visiting mojacar and we were not disappointed, im sure we will be back.

“Great pools for children, Adult pool not open great staff and beautiful scenery too”

Food needs to be better variety to cater for children and an earlier time than 8pm quite late for smaller children. The distance between the top children's pool and bar to get drinks is very far, Would benefit with a drinks bar at the pool side. Lots of steps to apartment and around the hotel too.

“More like a uni accommodation than a relaxing holiday”

The apartments are fine for what they are for - sleeping! The one thing I’ll say is there is no soundproofing so if you’re on a ground or mid floor you can hear bang bang bang until people go to sleep and that’s obviously varied times. The apartments are fine for what they are for - sleeping! The one thing I’ll say is there is no soundproofing so if you’re on a ground or mid floor you can hear bang bang bang until people go to sleep and that’s obviously varied times. I moved rooms once, to find the same issue in my new room so is obviously just the sound proofing. Reception area beautiful and lovely terrace overlooking the sea. Place is overrun with students, felt more like staying at a uni hall. There is long queues for absolutely everything, the bar (there is only one bar, a long walk away from the pool), the restaurant, etc. almost impossible to get table service in the evening, one waiter trying to service hundreds of people. In my opinion, there needs to be a second/third bar open, there needs way more staff as the queues are just unacceptable and have spoilt our holiday. Still here for a few more days, but wouldn’t return.

Nice clean apartments, good choice of food in restaurant. Choice of Drinks/ice creams very good for AI. Let down no snack bar/pool bar as quite a walk to main bar and also always a queue. Over run with students so restaurant very noisy and queues to get in. Pool very busy when students on breaks ... more

Nice clean apartments, good choice of food in restaurant. Choice of Drinks/ice creams very good for AI. Let down no snack bar/pool bar as quite a walk to main bar and also always a queue. Over run with students so restaurant very noisy and queues to get in. Pool very busy when students on breaks and them reserving sunbeds when not on free time. No balls (even small ones) or inflatables allowed in pool, so spoilt it for the kids.
