“Lovely for a short break”

First of all the hot tub as the main profile picture when there isn’t one to be seen is a big no no. Hotel is lovely for a short stay we had 4 nights and rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels. The location (we were on level 9) is fantastic for view of the harbour and cruise ships etc. We walked to the supermarket and mall which is probably a 15 mins walk. Has everything for shopping including food we had breakfast here for a small amount of money. The other way into palma also is very easy from the bus stop buses every 5 mins for 2 euros each. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the old town would deffo come back

“Overpriced three-star hotel”

Very overpriced for a three-star hotel. On a par with Premier Inn-style hotel offering - which is fine - but paying about double the price per night! We stayed 2 nights (Saturday and Sunday) in September. Good bits include the communal areas with elevated views over the port, and breakfast, which was tasty (we found plenty to choose from: fruit, yoghurts, pastries, cooked breakfast, plus Spanish omelette was delicious). Not so good… the hotel is situated up a steep hill so you do need to be reasonably fit to negotiate walk back down to ground level - or else take taxis from hotel reception into Palma (about 9/10 euros). The front entrance to the hotel does not give the best first impression, and check-in on the evening we arrived was VERY slow and lacklustre. However, the day receptionist was cheerful and helpful. Our ground-floor room was a reasonably good size and the bed was comfortable, but our basic balcony (three metal chairs) faced a wall of an apartment block and there was little/no privacy from adjoining balconies. Inside the room, surfaces were a little dusty, and ants were spotted in the bathroom at night, having walked in from the adjacent outside door. We also noticed ants outside the door of the adjoining bedroom. I think the biggest issue we had was the price we paid for the accommodation/location.

“Uncomfortable”

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Was totally ripped off for the price we paid but that’s my fault for booking late. It’s definitely 3 star. Beds are terrible and you can literally hear people in the room next to you. Did not have one decent night sleep. Breakfast was okay but check… more

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Was totally ripped off for the price we paid but that’s my fault for booking late. It’s definitely 3 star. Beds are terrible and you can literally hear people in the room next to you. Did not have one decent night sleep. Breakfast was okay but check your cutlery before eating. A lot of it was dirty. The location is reasonable but if you are not fit you will need taxis . We used buses which were great. The bus stop across the road or down the street about 6 mins walk away. It also looks closed in the evening. All the other hotels near by are lit up and look lovely but this one looks closed. If you are confident on an e bike then I would suggest hiring one. They are brilliant and reception will tell you were to go for them. Check the price on the hotel website though because it was wrong when we went to hire them. It was more !
