Excellent location and within easy walking distance of historical sites, shopping, restaurants and bars. Spacious comfortable room with good soundproofing. Well designed bathroom with good linens. Had everything we needed e.g. kettle and cups. We booked on room only basis and found plenty of nearby places to have a light breakfast of either pastries or rolls. We had limited enquiries to make of reception, but when we did, they responded in a friendly professional manner. Replacement of milk sachets was inconsistent for the tea and coffee, but we had purchased a small milk from the local Aldi, which was less than 3 mins walk away. A good, unfussy hotel for a city break.

“A comfortable and central base”

This is a very comfortable hotel right in the centre of Seville. It’s contemporary with attractive decor. Our room was the usual compact city size but with a large bathroom and excellent shower. This is a very comfortable hotel right in the centre of Seville. It’s contemporary with attractive decor. Our room was the usual compact city size but with a large bathroom and excellent shower. There was good wardrobe space and coffee making facilities. Wifi was efficient. Buffet breakfast offered a wide selection and was constantly replenished. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. The real advantage was its location a ten minute walk from the cathedral and in the middle of a shopping area.

We had a lovely room that was large and well equipped, the reception staff were friendly and spoke several different languages including English which was a big help to us as our Spanish is minimal. We had a lovely room that was large and well equipped, the reception staff were friendly and spoke several different languages including English which was a big help to us as our Spanish is minimal. The only downside and why I didn’t give 5 stars was that the cooked breakfast was cold every morning, we arrived for breakfast when it opens at 7.30am yet the food was cold, it looked amazing and there was good choice but cold. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay at the hotel and I would definitely recommend the rooms.

The room was a decent size, with a wonderful view of the cathedral in the distance. The bed was large and there was sufficient wardrobe space. The toiletries in dispenser bottles were nice and the room was well equipped with a kettle, windows that opened, a small fridge and black-out curtains which helped keep out the heat during the day. The location is very central in a square where you can easily pick up a taxi or bus, and an easy walk to the historic centre. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants very nearby. The hotel is next to El Corte Ingles and Aldi (where we picked up our breakfast, including freshly squeezed orange juice.) The hotel foyer is attractive and comfortable and on our arrival we enjoyed the complimentary glass on Manzanilla (it was Fería week!) This describes itself as a 4 star hotel and therefore we were surprised to find a damaged bathroom floor and very inefficient air-con. There were some plumbing issues and we woke to no water at all one morning. It was fixed during the day but after that the shower water temperature was inconsistent, changing from very hot to very cold on a couple of days. I like a reasonably firm mattress but for me the mattress here was much too hard.
