“Fantastic location and views”

Great clean and tidy hotel. Food was great, plenty of choice. I would not upgrade to prefered guest its a waste of money, you are paying extra for the view which i must admitt is idilic.

Rooms - surface clean but dusty areas, not deep cleaned regularly - beds changed when asked, except rooms not done on our last day/night - fresh towels replaced but had to request on the last day due to missing the room - not replenishing fridge/water daily as stated on the preferred club bookin... more

Rooms - surface clean but dusty areas, not deep cleaned regularly - beds changed when asked, except rooms not done on our last day/night - fresh towels replaced but had to request on the last day due to missing the room - not replenishing fridge/water daily as stated on the preferred club booking - shorter/young children can't reach the bathroom sinks - aircon off if card out during day so have to leave one behind if you want it to remain cool in the room - noisy at night (put mother with child right above the night entertainment stage) and corridor doors are creaky/always slamming Pools - states you cant have large floating thing in the pool, kids can use rings/swim aids and this was policed by the lifeguards - special mention to Rosanna, lovely lifeguard who was great with my son - people reserved sunbeds even though its advised they would be removed if done so, you still see them being put out whilst the pool is cleaned in the early morning - Nice day time entertainers; engaging, encouraging, kind and remember families Food/service - restaurant staff are lovely, work so hard at every meal time and are good with kids - Food choices are great - variety each day, different themes, nice desserts - night staff are rude and unhelpful. They made an error and were very rude about it, morning staff only apologised after we complained (Elderly couple were allocated the room we were still using at midnight with no help, had to sort ourselvrs and no apologies or advice given after) - It needs to be pointed out about the app access as it has a lot of information - which should be provided on paper copies in the room (scan code on key card to download) - it is confusing about when places are serving food (2 buffet choices for breakfast, one earlier than the other. Lunch buffet in one, menu in family pool area. Dinner in buffet one or choice of different menu types in another. Cafe open for snacks or preferred club but food is out all day and has to be eaten in a small area) I wouldn't upgrade to preferred again, as long as water was already replenished in all rooms.

“Not as expected”

Upon arrival looks impressive , breakfast lovely , lunch also a nice selection. Evening meal poor , like a cheap hotel . Pool awful for cutting children's feet . More blood in the pool and around it . So many tearful children being attended too by the Lifeguard. Easy walk to the beach .
