The best family hotel in spain. me and my family have the most amazing stay. we have been here for 7days and can honestly nothing has been too much trouble for the guys that work here! Fab pools, good food, super entertainment for adults and kids alike. A must visit or return for all. Maria,David and the team looked after the kids every day and night and kids clubs, parties, dance comps you name it! the 3 lads in the picture honestly are a huge credit to you guys! we will be back x

Security needed at front of hotel as anyone could go in hotel it was great for kids food was ok , doors knocking in middle of night and reception staff not very helpful need to speak better English and couldn’t get through to reception in middle of night a bit scary but overall the hotel was good... more

“A clean hotel with friendly staff. Unsupervised children and loud families spoilt our holiday. All inclusive not for us”

We have just returned from this hotel after a ten day holiday with my 4 year old and 3 month old. The last 2 days of the holiday was the start of the May half term. We have just returned from this hotel after a ten day holiday with my 4 year old and 3 month old. The last 2 days of the holiday was the start of the May half term. Our check in did take quite a long time as we were last off the coach, but we were greeted with a glass of orange juice or something fizzy. Overall the hotel was very clean which is a must for me when staying in a hotel. The entrance to the hotel was always immaculate and smelt lovely! We upgraded our room when we got there and we had a lovely spacious two bedroom suite. The shower was lovely and powerful but the beds were rock hard! We went all inclusive for our stay. Whilst we were there, we did hear the odd family moan about the lack of 'English' food but we found there was a wide range of selection always available. You've got to remember you are in Spain so you have to expect to eat slightly different foods. The waiters and chefs were all lovely and polite! The pool areas were lovely and clean and the lifeguards, particularly David (I think that was his name) was brilliant at keeping everyone safe and stopping any bad behaviour, will come on to this shortly. The entertainment staff were brilliant with the children and were not pushy in the slightest. There's a mini disco held every night at half 8 but it wasn't really for our little boy as it was very loud but the children which took part looked like they were having the best time! The downfall of our stay came from other people also stopping at the hotel. On our first day our little boy went to the little park in the hotel. Within the first 5 minutes we saw a young boy, around 9, punch another boy multiple times which then resulted in them having a fight. We weren't sure if they were brothers at first which is why we didn't say anything but we later found out they weren't related. No parents were around at the time and after watching where the boy that started the punching went his parents were too busy drinking! The next was a group of teenage Spanish boys who had come with their family but their family was no where to be seen. At meal times they caused havoc as they would not eat with their parents but altogether. As you can imagine a table of 6-8 teenage boys wasn't great. The waiters tried to tell them they had to eat with their parents but they weren't having any of it and would just barge past and sit down. The same group of teenagers also caused havoc at the pool. Being really dangerous with eachother by play fighting and diving and pushing eachother in. David was the most assertive lifeguard with these teenagers and managed to speak to one of the parents after contacting the reception. Their behaviour really intimidated the younger children and we wouldn't let our little boy go in the pool whilst they were there. After speaking to another family, the same boys were also running down the corridors at half past 10 at night screaming and playing knock a door run. The last two days of our holiday, the start of the May half term, we noticed such a change in the hotel overall. Two families brought boom boxes down to the pool area so as you can imagine it was very loud and very inconsiderate to everyone else. Two teenage girls, again we couldn't see any parents with them, used obscene language in the pool on multiple occasions. At one point this was directed towards another boy that they didn't know, who then picked up dirt from the little island in the middle of the pool and threw it at them which then went in the pool. My husband shouted at him to stop as he went to pick another handful of dirt up. The girls then shouted more obscenities at him so I then shouted to them that there are young children in the pool and that language is completely unacceptable. They just laughed. I then went to one of the lifeguards but she told me she couldn't speak English. A couple of minutes later the girls then left the pool. The dining room was like a cattle market during the last two days and was extremely busy! We definitely recommend asking to sit outside as it was much quieter and much more pleasant to eat. We also had to queue for a very long time to get drinks from the bar as it was so busy. Overall the actual hotel was lovely and the first week of our holiday was very enjoyable but by the latter part of our holiday we were ready to come home.
