Just got back from a great week in Benidorm at the Agir Springs Hotel. Halfway to the airport at 6 am I realised I had left my purse containing money, cards and driving licence etc. on ringing the hotel Romilio on reception asked to speak to my benniconnect coach driver and between them arranged for the next coach to bring it to the airport for me! Unbelievable aftercare!! Thank you so much for all the help, I am eternally grateful!! The hotel was lovely and clean, Bea our maid was excellent all week. Yes there was a sheet only on the bed but reception got me a blanket upon request. Can’t fault the place for being so central to all areas and will stay here again and recommend. The rooftop pool was lovely with sea views. Room huge! Like a suite, huge shower room. Room 412 had 2 balconies too! Don’t have one complaint about anything. Looked after and helped above and beyond. “Brilliant 5 night stay 😀”

Brilliant place. Absolute gem. No idea why this is rated 3.5/5 on trip advisor. Some people must have very very high expectations and there are plenty of much more expensive hotels if this doesn't fit the bill. I notice that many complain about noise of big parties, we didn't experience this. ... more

Brilliant place. Absolute gem. No idea why this is rated 3.5/5 on trip advisor. Some people must have very very high expectations and there are plenty of much more expensive hotels if this doesn't fit the bill. I notice that many complain about noise of big parties, we didn't experience this. Although, if you are coming to benidorm, you might encounter the odd hen/stag do, as this is the kind of place it is. Also people are complaining about noise if you are staying on the 4th floor, this is because you can hear the restaurant chairs behind moved above, on the 5th floor. We only heard this around 10/11am in the morning and we were already awake (we stayed on the 4th floor) You are going to hear noise from other areas, you are in a hotel, not a villa. We spoke to many other people staying in the hotel who agreed that it's a lovely hotel and had no issues at all. Pool/restaurant/communal corridors are lovely and modern. The pool area (with bar) is on the rooftop and offers lovely views of lavante.... It is also a sun trap 👍 No complains at all, absolutely great stay and 100% would come again. Stayed in much much lesser hotels with a higher trip advisor rating. Take certain reviews with a pinch of salt. Well done to all at Agir Springs 👍👍

expected great results from this hotel and feel a bit let down tbh rooms are really showing age broken bits n bobs tiles latches etc bed was really comfortable and is a true double mattress location is great looking out over the pedestrian area the single road going through it is very noisy at times once in the room with doors shut it is not noticeable but if you like to sit on the balcony it can be a bit off putting the breakfast buffet is small and a few times it was cold and we were the first in there rooftop pool area is very nice good view the lifts are extremely slow and very small the biggest issue really was i didn’t realise they allow all male and female group booking so had a lot of very loud music at all hours with lots of screaming shouting between rooms. half the staff work very hard making up for the other half
