The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Almost great”

Very quaint and as a Canadian, felt like an authentic experience in Spain. The room was very nice! Beautifully tiled floors... more

“Nice staff. The hotel is a little tired but is still nice.”
Nice staff. A friendly welcome. The room we had was immediately below the bar. An ok view but I’m not sure it’s worth the extra cost. The room was very tired. Some marks on the wall. No kettle or coffee maker. Breakfast was nice. Easy parking and a pleasant 15/20 minute walk to and from the town.
