“Clean, Bright, Updated Value”
With a good price for a midweek stay near Franklin, I reserved a room. Upon arrival I liked that the inn was an easy off and on from highway 23 / 441. “ Cheap decent stay ”
This is the second time we stayed here. No frills cheap hotel. It’s always clean. This time we rented a king sized room. It’s close Tot he highway so sometimes you can hear traffic. It’s confidently Located. It’s a very fair priced hotel If you don’t need all the extra frills.

“Older motel, but fine for the money”

“Ok if you are in need of a CHEAP hotel, but BEWARE!”
