“Exceptional staff.”
Our easyJet flight from Tenerife was diverted to Santiago. Quite late at night, the sudden arrival of unscheduled 180+ travellers was dealt with courteously and efficiently by the friendly staff. “Thank you for the wonderful stay”
What a great hotel. Even though it is 4.5km on the Camilo to the Cathedral, it is a short bus ride (number 6, 1 euro per person in Nov 24) to the old city. Large room. Great friendly staff. “Enjoyed”
Stayed at this hotel as a family of three - the accommodation is perfect and location is a 40 minute walk from the centre. The food was lovely and the staff pleasant. Nice bar that had the euros on and nice reasonable priced drinks- we can recommend.
