Rooms were dated as far as the bathroom and windows go. Had a digital wide-screen TV but I had to unplug it to charge my phone. Rooms were dated as far as the bathroom and windows go. Had a digital wide-screen TV but I had to unplug it to charge my phone. There were two other outlets, one at the foot of the bed and one in the bathroom. The window has a black-out blind, so that was nice. Room was very quiet as it faced a tiny courtyard and not the street. Queen bed was two twins pushed together, not uncommon but the mattresses kept shifting and in the end I wound up with a lower back spasm relapse. Pillows were fine. Bathroom was tiny and I kept hitting the bidet with the door. Shower was fine. Probably wouldn't stay again.

“Decent hotel for the price”

The hotel was ok, but nothing great. The room was functional and gave me a place to sleep while I enjoyed San Rafael. The hotel was ok, but nothing great. The room was functional and gave me a place to sleep while I enjoyed San Rafael. I was a little bit disappointed in the map provided on the hotel's website- it appears that there are only a couple of streets between the bus terminal and the hotel, but in reality there are more streets that aren't shown. I should have used a mapping program to double check. The night before my departure I asked for a taxi to be called to take me to the bus station. It was a good thing that I got downstairs early and asked about it, because the night staff member hadn't bothered to read the notes in the book and hadn't made arrangements. This was a good value for the price, but nothing to write home about.
