The staff is fantastic, they're very helpful and friendly, as soon as I reached the provided me with a map and advised the closest places I could visit, its in walling distance to Parque Botero, metro and also its in a commercial area so there are many restaurants and stores to purchase clothes, shoes, etc. the bad part is that everybody will tell you not to go out at night so by 6 pm your day is over and you have to return to the Hotel, because you'll be at risk of getting mugged Overall I think its good because of the price(private room with bathroom) and the hotel was clean, it had hot water and the food is inexpensive.

The food is amazing because is typical paisa food and te ladies who are in reception are so lovely. Don't select any room that has view to the streets because at night it becomes really loud.
