“Doing what the YHA do best.”
It's a hostel, not a hotel. It's fabulous value if you adopt their values and philosophy and share a room. I paid £18, the room was cool, the bed was comfortable and the staff helpful and friendly. “Thanking your team for finding my lost jacket”
I stayed at this hostel last week. I accidentally left a jacket behind and called the hostel to see if they could find it. They did and kept it safe for me to come and collect when I happened to be visiting the city this week. Please thank all your team members for their help with this.

“Good value but some things could be better”
Room was warm, radiator was powerful. But my double bed actually smelt ! which was very off-putting. Bedroom was on 5th floor so you have to climb stairs for one floor - the 4th to 5th.
