“Perfect, as always ⭐️”
All the usual praises for everything Prem - staff, beds, room etc 👍 Given the hot weather, the fan provided was a lifesaver! “Nice stay”

Absolutely fantastic experience rooms were clean and the ladies at the desk were lovely, would definitely recommend if needing somewhere cheap and nice to stay in Chester

“Not up to standard”
