“Made my day!”
My go-to residences while in BKK. Hospitable and supportive staff, nice breakfast options, cool amenities - overall comfortable experience every time..... and yes; they remembered my Birthday that gives a personalised experience ☺️.

I must say not many residences remember my birthday and I have stayed in many hotels. We picked AETAS due to its attractive price for 4.5 stars and we are staying for 6 nights. “Outstanding customer service”
I was having so many issues and requests but the concierge never let me down. Don't hesitate to bug them, they're the best. Love you all and thanks so much for having us. Room entertainment should be upgrade though, they have a Sony iPod player in the room but, who's still using iPod nowaday?

“Enjoyable Stay”
Great location, pleasant rooms and absolutely brilliant Staff. I had a leak from the ceiling of my bathroom and I was quickly moved to another room. The hotel Staff were always at hand to give advise and help with any questions I had. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

“The room is not clean and the washing machine was broken down”
I stayed at AETAS in November 2019 for two nights. The room was not thoroughly cleaned and the washing machine was broken down. I was a bit disappointed. The buffet breakfast was below average. However, the staff were helpful with luggages and transportation advice.
