“Always nice! But…”
Always a pleasure at this location. Used to be a holiday inn so I’ve been staying for years. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. Only suggestion: OPEN the Crystal View Lounge at the top of the West Tower!! It’s beautiful and a gem!

“Perfect”
Stayed here for my son’s 10th birthday at universal studios and everything was perfect. We didn’t really explore the hotel much since we were at the park all day but we did get coffee and dessert from the cafe and both were excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
