The hotel had the woooooo factor from the moment we turned up. Amazing gardens leading down to reception area. Clean and tidy ... Reception extremely helpful. The roon we had had an amazing view and was so quiet. The room was clean and tidy, had everything you needed. The breakfast was such a mega choice , even had tables for disabled people. The best thing was it was adults only . The entertainment was a good selection. Based so you could walked along the seafront and enjoy the night life as well .

Excellent hotel!!!! From the reception staff to the room maids they could do enough……The hotel is of a very high standard. The rooms were especially good, all with balconies that face the sea. “Return Visit.”

Twelve years have passed since our first visit to the Don Pancho where we had a truly memorable holiday in this excellent hotel. Twelve years have passed since our first visit to the Don Pancho where we had a truly memorable holiday in this excellent hotel. Did the hotel live up to our high expectations from our previous visit? I'm more than happy to report that it even exceeded our high expectations. We had a lovely room with sea view on the 11th floor which was serviced everyday and kept spotlessly clean. A nice selection of meals were served buffet style in the restaurant with the selection changing daily. A special mention must go the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding and the accompaniment of horse radish sauce! This is not an hotel that rip you off with high drink prices either (so do bare this in mind when doing a price comparison with other hotels). Getting a sunbed was never a problem for us (the hotels pool man would quickly get involved if someone was struggling to find one). In the dancing bar the acts are now more varied than they were. The Spanish dancing as definitely been toned down and replaced with tribute acts and more contemporary singers (Melvin was well worth staying up for with his silky smooth soulful voice) Yet I did kind of miss "Begin The Beguine" from our previous visit! :-) If you are planning a first visit to Benidorm and are thinking the resort may not be for you; simply just book this hotel and if you find that the resort is not for you the hotel certainly will be.
