“Courteous staff and excellent kitchen”

The apartment is spacious but can be better arranged. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the kitchen wonderful. The location could be noisy sometimes given the elementary school nearby and the road. Double glazed windows could help when looking at future renovations.

My stay at Landmark (as a member of a team) that visited Kigali recently was a good one. Although skeptical at first as we turned off the tarred road that leads to the place,meeting with the manager Mr. Jackson was a totally different experience. He had made provision for everyone and was willing to go an extra mile to ensure that each person was comfortable. Given, facilities are not 5 star and can be improved upon i give kudos to the staff and management for their courage,dedication to work and willingness to deliver high quality service. Miss Scovia also should be commended as a highly motivated and dedicated staff,ever cheerful even while working crazy extended hours.

The staff at landmark can be very helpful at times and not so much at other times. The apartments are generally nice and clean. There are power outages from time to time, sometimes the back up generator works other times it doesn't. the internet basically doesn't work. the food is decent but nothing special. Mr. Jackson the Manager is top notch and can make anything you need happen. I would stay here again but just know what your getting after all your in Africa, you have to set your expectations at the appropriate level.
