“complimet to how u run this hotel”
went to premier inn west nottingham by far the best experience ive had .the desk staff was amazing tina and mandy bent over backwards to help make our stay great and breakfast was really good and friendly and to jess , michelle and jeanette compliments to how u run ur hotel, never stop… more

Absolutely exceptional afternoon staff (Abbie + Sharna) , super friendly and helpful , felt so welcome and homely under their care , nice atmosphere and set up , the tnt chanel in the restaurant/bar was most welcome

“Good experience”
This premier inn was the cleanest premier inn I’ve been to in a long time the room was clean and spacious. All the staff were very friendly. It was nice a quiet at night time so we got a lovely sleep. I will stay again
