“Lovely family visit”
Excellent service, amazing breakfast, definitely worthy to come back. Every question we ask they answer with a smile, it is very centric too. Transportation to farms and cocora valley is very convenient through willis. Very comfortable beds

“Luxurious hotel, reasonably priced.”
We chose the panoramic room view and it was amazing, well decorated and clean, with an in room hot tub and fireplace. The bed was perfect. “Lovely Hotel”
Charming hotel in a charming town! The room was spacious, the mattress firm and the bathroom spotless. “Average hotel with poor customer service”
Stayed at their Santa Isabel suite and the shower had mold in the ceiling, the hot water was erratic and dangerous with the temperature fluctuations.
